These terms govern your use of the Tessuta website at tessuta.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site is

Tessuta is currently a pre-launch landing page. The site collects waitlist signups and optional interview responses to help shape the product. There is no app to use yet.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site or submit any forms.

Your email

When you sign up for early access, you give us permission to email you about Tessuta – launch updates, early access invitations, and occasional product news. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting hello@tessuta.com.

Interview responses

If you complete the interview form, your responses may be used (anonymously) to inform product decisions. We won't publish your answers or attribute them to you without explicit permission.

Intellectual property

The Tessuta name, logo, and website content are owned by Tessuta. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false information, impersonate others, scrape or crawl the site by automated means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

No warranties

This site is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that the app will launch on any specific date.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tessuta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, including the General Data Protection Regulation. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable EU member state law where Tessuta is established.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tessuta regarding use of this site.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update the "Effective" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
